Yes, i’m intrigued by their gorgeous ‘couture’! But you’re right, there have been aggregations (infestations!) of the Cape Lappet, where they strip down swathes of vegetation, trees.

I simply love these! Especially the hairy ones. But the little green one with a tail is heartbreakingly look -a -like my late dachshund…

Yes, the hairy have style! Sorry for reminding you of your late dachshund.. that’s an unexpected similarity. But i get the connection with the same sort of stocky back end shape.
