The ubiquitous Mallard, is well adapted to urban spaces. As happy in Iceland as they are here in the Cape, I still marvel at the males flash of blue feathers, and that rich emerald green head. In my very first WPC, i made mention of that heavenly Pacific blue, – purely out of nostagia, i add the link.

Thanks for your comments, Rajiv. And WP still can’t answer why my site doesn’t come up as a recognised site with a clean bill of data health in Google even though it’s protected by anti-virus software. I’ll try again to get it sorted.
