Baboon young explore their world with great curiosity.  Here a month old baby can’t restrain it’s exuberance – clambers from it’s mother’s back and tries to make a break for it.  Mom hangs onto it’s tail and gently guides it back to digging in her foraging hole.  Mom makes off with youngster clinging underneath her belly.  Baboon mothers show endless patience and tender care towards their young.
