Random patterns in nature are all about us – tree bark, metal structures, lichen, water; in the beautiful lines of tree limbs, flowers. Nature inspires!
This week’s gallery of photos is in response to the WordPress challenge: Lines and patterns.

Some really nice shots here, Liz! Interesting take on the theme:)
Should be a “Like everything” button
Bravo

Thanks for your encouraging comment 🙂 Love it!
These are excelent but I’m intrigued by the curves which I assume are the metal images, waht is it?
Thanks Gilly, slow reply this week, went walking in the mountains (snow)! The curves are formed from deformed metal – found an old fuel drum on a farm which looked as though it had imploded… all ruched up and buckled.
Ahh thanks 🙂
Amazing selection of shots, and I love your interpretation of the theme. The colours are great too, nice work!
Thanks Ben.
wow oh wow!
Lovely comment – thanks 🙂
This is the most exquisite interpretation of the theme that I’v seen so far, Liz. And I’ve seen a lot! It deserves to be framed for an Art Gallery.
Sunny Sunday greetings from the coast of Norfolk
