It was late afternoon, the sun was already dipping towards the horizon and the tide was out, when I came across a small group of baboons foraging in the rock pools. I found a spot well hidden from their view and sat quietly to watch as a group of juveniles started fooling around, chasing each other through the shallows and jumping from rock to rock. It was a moment of joy, a thrill to see them leaping with abandon, away from urban dangers and man’s harmful ways.

It looks and sounds fantastic.
Thanks MM…..
I like the last photo, and the leap…
That last photo is my favourite, too …
Thanks, yes, that’s the one!
love these images…where are these guys ?
Thanks Jo, great aren’t they!
Ah they like seafood then!
Hi Gilly Gee, 🙂 Yes, crunchy crustaceans – mussels, periwinkles, shark purses. But not all the troops indulge, depends on their habitats’ environment.
What precious photos! 😉
Thanks. 🙂
