    1. 🙂 when it’s really hot in summer and the bugs bother them, they whirl away in that dust. I agree they do look quite ecstatic! They’re wonderful to watch, … and the guinea fowl – they also give quite a show.

    1. Hi Janet, they’re an interesting species of Rock Hyrax – and would you believe related to the elephant and manatee! These extraordinary little creatures adapt to quite harsh living conditions. Love it when they sandbathe!
