“Texture” is this week’s photo challenge. Can we help but be inspired by nature’s art forms? How many textures are out there!! I draw my inspiration from a variety of aspects, and particularly from trees and their bark cladding. But ice and water entrance with so many exotic patterns. Which do you prefer?
I think my favourite in this series is the last one. It’s a great composition and well captured.
Thanks , Lynne.
My favourite is the last one, Liz.
Wishing you a happy weekend,
Dina
Thanks for the w/e wishes and to you too! The rock formations in Iceland are fascinating. Glad you like this formation.
I’m watching it now on my Mac and it looks different to the ipad yesterday. I must say each and everyone of the textures looks great. You show us the true beauty in Nature, Liz. It’s always a pleasure to see your work and learn from you.
❤ 🙂
Thank you Dina!! That’s a lovely compliment 🙂
Well, I’m going for the water symphony – looks like ripples of silk 🙂
Thanks , Jude. Amazing how water transfers imagery. ‘Ripples of silk’ – I like that:)
Totally agree with you Liz. Nothing can inspire more than nature. My favorite is the photo of the patterns formed on water 🙂
Liz you have similar colours as I have this week!
Beautiful!
Thanks Elena.
So many beautiful textures. And I like the way you have put them together.
Thanks Rusha.
Very nice and interesting collection.
Thanks Bente.
Hi LIz-
All interesting photos… my favorite is the rock collage at the end.

Each has its own nature, and its own charm.
All nature’s children, who could choose?
Like the diplomacy 🙂
A lovely collection of photos!
Thanks, Jo.
